Key Account Administrator
Troup, Texas Facility

DEPARTMENT GOAL AND OBJECTIVES:
TO ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN SUPPORT FOR KEY ACCOUNT MANAGERS AND THEIR CUSTOMERS 
BY PROVIDING NECESSARY ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT AS OUTLINED BELOW.

*          Direct Liason between stores, facilities, Key Account Managers, and Buyers.

*          Responsible for writing suggested corporate spread orders submitted to customer buying offices.   

*          Write and submit contract ties and special grows for all spread orders to the production and planning departments.

*          Responsible for all New Item Set-ups, SKU listings, UPC discrepancies, and special buys

*          Continuous communication between customers, sales teams, and ten sales/distribution facilities.                 

*          Maintaining and auditing customer/Color Spot pricing, listings.                                    

*          Resolve corporate spread delivery issues.                     

*          Facilitate weekly Ads and Contracts Conference call.               

*          Assist in development of marketing proposals and programs.                

           
Skills Needed:              Proficient in Excel, Word and Powerpoint

                                    Ability to take initiative

                                    Timely follow up and complete follow through a must

                                    Ability to compose and write  professional business plans and documents

                                    SAP proficiency a PLUS

                                    Ability to provide professsional customer service to client

                                    Able to communicate and interact with all levels in a professional manner

                                    Ability to multi task and meet deadlines

                                    Detailed oriented

                                    Product knowledge is a must

                                    Able to work in a fast paced team environment

                                    Dependability is a must
